This page explains how to delete your LeafDoc account, what data is removed, and what stays on your phone. It meets Google Play’s account-deletion requirements and your rights under GDPR, PIPEDA and CCPA/CPRA.
Quick Summary: Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account, or email us. Your profile, community posts, photos, chats and friend connections are removed from our servers. Your scan history is stored only on your phone — uninstall the app or clear History to remove it.

2. What Gets Deleted vs Retained
2.1 Deleted From Our Servers
- Sign-in record — Google email, user ID (Firebase Authentication).
- Profile — name, country, language, bio, scan counts.
- Community content — your posts, photos, answers and likes.
- Friends and chats — friend connections, friend requests, your chat messages and chat photos.
- Block list — users you blocked.
2.2 Data on Your Phone (You Control)
- Scan history and scan photos — never uploaded. Delete them in History → Clear all or by uninstalling the app.
- My Crops, reminders, settings and cached prices — removed when you uninstall or clear the app’s storage (Settings > Apps > LeafDoc > Storage > Clear storage).
2.3 Data That May Be Kept
- Reports about abusive content — kept up to 90 days for safety, then deleted.
- Data we must keep by law — only if required, and only as long as required.
- Ad data held by Google AdMob — managed by Google; you can reset your Advertising ID in your phone settings.
3. How to Delete Your Account
Option A: In the App (fastest)
- Open LeafDoc (Android or iPhone) and sign in.
- Tap Profile (bottom navigation).
- Tap Delete account.
- Choose whether to also delete the scan history on your phone, tap Delete my account and confirm. Your account and server data are deleted right away, and you are signed out.
Option B: By Email (if you no longer have the app)
Send an email to support@webnovahub.ca from the Google account you used, or include it:

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
Note: Uninstalling the app does not delete your account on our servers. Use Option A or B to remove server data.

5. Delete Only Some Data
You don’t have to delete your whole account. In the app you can delete single scans in History, delete your own posts, unfriend or block users, and edit your profile. For anything else, email us.
